朱亮，男，20岁，初中文化，轻度智障，性格内向。朱亮的小学和初中都是在辅读学校完成的，完成了九年义务教育后，拿到了毕业证书和智力残疾证。朱亮一向比较听父亲的话，也把父亲当作榜样，毕业后曾随父亲到工厂上班，学习电工维修。一次，父亲在去单位的路上发生车祸，救治无效身亡。父亲的突然去世给朱亮的打击很大，电工维修技能还没学成，他就离开了父亲所在的单位，不愿再从事电工维修工作，认为这份工作太危险。朱亮的母亲是某食品加工厂工人，工作单位比较远，与朱亮交流时间较少，对朱亮也不大管教。朱亮的日常生活由奶奶负责照顾。奶奶对朱亮比较宠爱，尽量满足他的经济需求，但由于年龄差距，他们之间也缺乏沟通。在父亲去世后，朱亮就一直在家，也不与同龄人打交道，经常在家喝酒、吸烟，每天都去网吧与网友聊天。当母亲或奶奶劝朱亮出去找工作时，他总是说自己只要愿意找，立马能找到。母亲和奶奶很焦虑，不知道他什么时候会愿意找工作。
