  ①诗几乎可以表达人类生活的所有情感。人类离不开诗,也从来没有离开过诗。其实每一个人心中都为诗留着一片圣地,只不过随着岁月的流逝,琐碎的生活用厚厚的尘埃把我们心中的这块圣地封闭了起来,而远离诗歌的我们变得日渐庸俗,我们似乎忘了生活中还有诗歌存在。但在我们心底深处,诗歌这片圣地却永远不会消失,只要一有机会,它就像花树遇到春风一样,一夜之间就能够开出灿烂的花朵来。一个人只要心中怀有诗意,就已经达到了诗的境界;而一个人生活的最高境界,就是诗意的生活。诗意的生活是一种感觉,是一种把现实生活中琐碎的情感升华为美好情感的过程。只要我们愿意,诗意总是可以找到的。

  ②什么是诗意的生活呢?在学校里,如果除了每天在教室里听课、在图书馆看书之外,除了匆匆穿行于宿舍、食堂、教室三点一线之外,你也有过躺在草坪上看白云飘过的时候,也有过一个人静静地坐在池塘边发呆的时候,也有过在黑夜里被教室的灯光所感动的时候,也有过春天看枯草泛绿、秋天叹秋风落叶的时候,也有过枕靠在床上就着昏暗的床头灯捧着自己心爱的书舍不得放下的时候,那你就已经有了诗意的生活。在工作或生活中,除了朝九晚五奔波忙碌之外,你也有过在办公桌上放一盆绿色植物并细心养护的时候,也有过抬头眺望夕阳正慢慢地下到山那边的时候,也有过轻轻哼唱自己最喜欢的流行歌曲放松心情的时候,也有过喝上一杯咖啡让自己的想象随着咖啡的芳香一起飘飞的时候,那你也已经有了诗意的生活。诗意的生活不是刻意去寻找的,而是这样一种能力——身处琐碎的日常事务却不被日常事务所淹没,总能在不经意间抬头看一看天空,想一想远方,做一做白日梦。很多人陷入世俗事务的纠葛中,就像一个不会游泳的人跳进水中一样,除了痛苦的挣扎和绝望什么都没有。而懂得诗意生活的人就像一个会游泳的人,在水中能够悠然自得,既能够和水相融,也能够体会到搏击大海、劈波斩浪的快感。那些懂得生活的人总能够从平凡的日子中找到美好,找到让自己心灵获得营养的诗意瞬间。

  ③诗意的生活也意味着我们要为自己留出一些空白。“留白天地宽”,就像一幅画得太满的画不会给观赏者留下想象的空间一样,充塞着各种世俗事务的生活也不会给人留下太多的诗意空间。我们需要留白的空间和时间才能活得更加从容,才能释放种种压力达到内心安宁的平衡,而只有内心安宁的人才会拥有欣赏世界上美好事物的眼睛,才能进入诗意的生活状态。《圣经》描述上帝在一开始创造世界的时候就是工作六天休息一天,现在我们已经做到了工作五天休息两天,表面上看比上帝还会生活,其实不然。我们常常用这两天的时间更加拼命地学习或工作,拼命地联络或应酬来构建所谓的社会关系,往往疲惫之感比工作的五天还甚。还记得小时候很喜欢星期天,因为一到星期天我们就可以在原野上追逐蝴蝶,奔跑撒欢。而现在的一些孩子常常害怕周末,因为周末一到,家长安排的无数课外学习和补习在等着他们,他们根本没有时间享受童年。孩子从小的生活就没有了诗意,长大后除了成为工作狂或厌世者,很难成为一个从容生活、有诗意的人。

  ④因此,请从这一刻开始,暂时放下手中的学习和工作,关掉电脑和手机,闭上眼睛,调整呼吸,把脑子里令人烦恼的世俗事务驱逐出去。然后,再睁开眼看一眼窗外的天空,想象窗外的大地,那里鲜花正在盛开,河水正在奔流,百鸟正在歌唱,每一株草、每一棵树都在等待着你,等你去寻找一种诗意的生活……(文章略有删改)

Stress is what you feel when you are worried about something. This worry in your mind can make your body feel bad. You may feel angry, sad, scared, or afraid—all of which can give you a stomachache or a headache.
However, there are different kinds of stress. Some kinds of stress are good and others are bad. Good stress might happen when you’re called to answer questions in class or when you have to give a speech. This kind of stress can help you to get things better done. On the other hand, bad stress can happen if stress lasts too long. You may not feel well if your parents are fighting, if a family member is sick, if you’re having problems at school, or if anything else makes you unhappy every day. The best way to fight stress is to have a balanced life. Make sure you keep your SELF in mind: Sleep, Exercise, Leisure(休闲), and Food. If you get enough sleep and eat properly, and if you exercise and leave time for fun, you’ll probably feel less stressed.
