      December 25th is Christmas Day. In many countries it is the most important (重要的) day in the year. 

All the people come back to their homes. On Christmas Day, bells ring everywhere. People sing and dance 

day and night. They have a good time. Most families buy a Christmas tree for their children. And they put 

the gifts in the tree. People also put the gifts in children's stocking (长筒袜). In many places, Santa brings 

gifts for children. He is a kind old man. There is a big bag on his back. There are a lot of gifts in it.
