(5)重视人的因素。作业地点的设计,实际是人一机环境的综合设计,考虑创造一个良好、舒适的工作环境。根据我国的实际状况,对于配送中心的建设,比较一致的共识是贯彻软件先行、硬件适度的原则。也就是说,计算机管理信息系统、管理与控制软件的开发要瞄准国际先进水平,而机械设备等硬件设施则要根据我国资金不足、人工费用便宜、空间利用要求不严格等特点,在满足作业要求的前提下,可以更多的选用一般机械化、半机械化的装备。
