井下运输绞车司机事故停车后的注意事项是什么?

(1)运行中发生事故,在故障原因未查清和消除前,禁止动车,原因查清后,故障未能全部处理完毕,但已能暂时恢复运行,经主管领导批准可以恢复运行,将提升容器升降至终点位置,完成本勾提升行程后,再停车继续处理。

(2)钢丝绳如遭受卡车紧急停车等情况时,必须立即停车,待对钢丝绳进行检查无误后,方可恢复运行。

(3)因电源停电停车时,应立即断开总开关,将主令控制器手把放至“0”位。常用闸、保险闸手柄置于施闸位置。

(4)过卷停车时,如未发生故障,经与井口信号工联系,维修电工将过卷开关复位后,可返回提升容器,恢复提升。但应及时向领导汇报,填写运行日志。

(5)在设备检修及处理事故期间,司机应严守岗位,斜井绞车司机须外离处理事故时,至少应留一人坚守操作岗位。检修需要动车时,须由专人指挥。
