④我自己在几十年的实践中深深感到,对于有些重要著作,必须反复阅读,甚至达到“背诵如流,烂熟于心”的程度,才能得心应手地运用其中的观点解决教学与研究中的实际问题。我曾多次有过这样的体验:想用某本书中某一观点来说明某一问题时,发现那个观点在自己的记忆中并不清晰,又没有做下笔记,那感受就像要开门又找不到钥匙一样,我后来下决心精读背诵了一批重要著作,这种“找不到钥匙”的现象才大大地减少了。
