简述质量经济分析。

是指通过对维修车辆(作业、服务)的质量、成本、利润之间的关系分析,研究在不同经营条件下,用尽可能少的劳动消耗,满足客户修车的需要,以获得尽可能多的收益的经济活动及其过程。

质量成本及构成质量成本:是只将维修作业、服务的质量保持在规定的水平上,所需的费用。

构成:预防费用+检定费用+内部损失费用+外部损失费用预防成本的重要性:虽然预防成本占的比例最小,但却是质量分析的重点,若稍微增加,却可使质量成本明显下降,起到“画龙点睛”的作用。
