深圳粤丰贸易公司(YUEFENG TRADING CO.LTD.)现有一批陶瓷餐具现货，计8000件，我方进货成本每件6元。现得知马来西亚南部食品公司(SOUTHERN FOODSTUFF SDN. BHD)有意进口一定数量的该种陶瓷餐具，考虑到成本以及其他费用，我方想以每件3$ FOB深圳(SHENZHEN)的价格出售(之前有过类似价格交易)，试就这一可能交易向马方公司发出询盘函。要求留有一定的价格谈判余地(信头已经拟好)。

Actually now we have these goods in stocks, and we think the quantity is enough for your demand. Taken this and our long business relationship in consideration, we will sell this lots goods for a favorable price, that is $ 4.1 /PC FOB SHENZHEN.
As per our practice, if the quantity to be ordered exceeds 5000PC, we may grant you a 5% discount, meanwhile, please be informed that we require the payment to be made by sight L/C, of course, D/P at sight is acceptable.
