          2. 只允许修改10处，多者（从11处起）不计分。

     English is now speaking as a foreign or second language in South Asia. For an example, India has very

large number of fluent English speakers because of Britain ruled India from 1765 to 1947. During that time

English become the language for government and education. English is also spoken in Singapore and Malaysia

and countries in Africa such like South Africa. Today the number of people in China learn English is increasing

rapid. In fact, China may have the largest number of English learner. Will Chinese English develop their own

identity? Only time will tell.
