(1)高代谢症候群:表现为怕热、多汗、皮肤暖湿、低热、体重锐减和疲乏无力。

(2)精神、神经系统:神经过敏、多言好动、烦躁易怒、失眠不安、思想不集中、记忆力减退,甚至出现幻想、躁狂症或精神分裂症。多有手、眼睑和/或舌震颤,腱反射亢进。

(3)心血管系统:常见心悸、胸闷、气短等。体征有心动过速、心尖区第一心音亢进,常有Ⅱ级以下收缩期杂音,心律失常以房性早搏为最常见,心脏肥大、扩大和心力衰竭,脉压差增大,可见周围血管征。

(4)消化系统:常有食欲亢进,大便次数增多。

(5)肌肉骨骼系统:多数表现为肌无力和肌肉消瘦。

(6)其他:女性有月经减少或闭经,男性有阳痿。
