看书时,由于眼球向下倾斜和睫状肌肉的强度收缩,影响眼内液体的循环,引起眼球

充血,使眼内压增高,压迫眼球后壁,造成眼轴前后伸长,长期近距离用眼,会形成近视。

学前儿童看书时,首先要注意用眼卫生,保持正确的姿势。如书与眼距尺左右,最好有

与水平桌面成300~40度角的书桌,使儿童头略向前倾,视线与书本的夹角接近直角图,避免影

像不清和颈部肌肉疲劳。

看书时坐姿要端正,脊柱正直,头不过于前倾,不耸肩,不歪头,前胸距桌缘大约一拳,将大

腿放平,足着地,使身体的重心稳妥地落在坐骨和椅靠背的支撑点范围内,以减轻维持坐姿的

肌肉疲劳。

看书的光线必须从左上方来,以免产生阻影。光线要求分布均匀,不眩目。人工照明的桌

面照度要求达到150勒克斯。

看书的时间不能太长学前儿童每次约1O~20分钟为宜,看书后要养成到户外活动和远眺

的习惯。
