试述换用新曲轴和新连杆时应做哪些工作?

(1)观察。先要做表面检查,查看铸造或锻造成型是否整洁,铸造的厂家代号,生产的年、月、日是否清楚,不准有起皮和微裂纹,不准有较严重的碰撞伤痕。连杆要做配对检查,如果连杆单一更换,一定要和原连杆质量相同,否则,会出现质量超差故障。还要有正规的出厂合格证书。
