       于是我又想到,我这时候拥有的维持生活的东西,是多么充足。万一那只船没有从搁浅的地方浮起来,漂到海边,让我有时间把那些东西取出来,我又该怎样?假定我现在还像我初上岸的时候一样,没有一点生活必须品,我的情形又会怎么样?“特别是,”我大声对自己说,“如果我没有一杆枪,没有弹药,没有制造物品的工具,没有衣服、没有卧具、帐篷,或任何遮羞的东西,我又怎么办呢?”可是现在,这些东西相当充足,即使将来我的弹药用完了,还是可以活下去的。我相信我这一生是不会有冻饿之虞的,因为我老早就考虑到怎样预防意外的事故,考虑到将来的日子,不但考虑到我的弹药用完以后的情况,甚至想到我的身体衰弱以后的情况。

     Dietitian

     Dietitians are responsible for improving the nutritional health of patients by assessing nutritional
