PDI-511检测的是1103-MD压差,其入口为617℃左右的加热后的混合原料气,出口为980℃左右的工艺气,而PDI-511的正压侧取压阀高于表安装位置2M左右,这样在常温中,正压侧导压管中就会有冷凝液积存,造成正压侧受压增高,使指示偏高。

处理:排表,将正、负相积液全部排掉后开表投用,或考虑正压侧冷凝液影响,进行表量程迁移。
