求助者:上大三时,我喜欢上了同班的一位女同学,并向她写过一封求爱信,却遭到了拒绝。此后,就不敢看那位女同学,只要一见到她就感到慌张,并感到自卑,认为自己不如他人。后来,发展到看其他女生时也感到心里发慌;再后来甚至见到班里的男生也不敢抬头。上课也总是坐在第一排,认为这样可以避免与别人的目光对视,否则,就会出现心跳加速,呼吸不匀,出虚汗,胸闷感。从那以后,上课经常“走神”,已影响学习。
咨询师:一年来,一直这样吗期间,有没有什么变化

求助者:……大约在五六岁时,我与邻居小女孩玩“过家家”,曾相互窥视过生殖器……7岁那年,到这个小女孩家去玩,正看到其解小便,我便好奇地摸了一下小女孩的阴部,恰巧被小女孩的妈妈看见了,她把我拉出屋子,当着邻居的面,抽了我一个嘴巴,吓得我不知道自己闯了多大祸,慌忙向她告饶,乞求她不要告诉我妈妈……

Having said goodbye to his parents, Alvin, with his wife and one-year-old son, set off back home. 16 excited, Alvin and Clare talked and laughed happily. And even little Alax  17 from time to time. The family were   18 from trip.
