申领《青岛市居住证》需要具备什么条件?

根据市政府《关于印发〈青岛市居住证制度暂行规定〉的通知》(青政发〔2004〕17号)符合下列条件之一的人员,年龄在40周岁以下,以不改变其户籍或国籍的形式,来青岛市市南区、市北区、四方区、李沧区和高科园工作或创业的人员,可以申领《青岛市居住证》:

(1)具有专科以上学历或者中级以上职称;
