Saturday, March 5th Sunny
It was fine today. My classmates and I met at the school gate at 7:30. Mr. Chen divided us into three
groups. Group One helped clean up the city park. They made it cleaner and tidier. Group Two went to the
old People's home to visit the old people. They played chess with them and performed a play for them. The
old people were very happy. I was in Group Three, I went to visit the sick children in the hospital with my
classmates. We sang songs for them and told them some stories to cheer them up.
I came home at 5:30, I was very tired, but I felt very happy because I could help others.
