Yesterday morning, I took a bus to the bookshop and bought a dictionary. Then I went home by bus.
But when I got home, I found I had left the dictionary on the bus. (I was worried, so I phoned the bus
station for help. The man on duty there told me that the driver found it under a chair and handed it in to
the station…) At last I got it back from the bus station. I gave it to Jim yesterday afternoon. Jim was
pleased to receive it. He told me he hoped to learn Chinese well.
