参考答案:(1)法院应当允许。《婚姻法》第34条规定,女方在怀孕期间、分娩后1年内或中止妊娠后6个月内,男方不得提出离婚。女方提出离婚的,或人民法院认为确有必要受理男方离婚请求的,不在此限。本案中,是女方提出离婚的,不受分娩后1年内不得提出离婚的限制。
(2)法院应当判决离婚,因为孙小梅和张光亮感情确已破裂,调解无效。
(3)法院不应对王某进行处罚,因为现行法律并无对“第三者”进行惩罚的规定。
