如何判别两类传热恶化?为什么在第二类传热恶化中,会出现恶化时的含汽率与热负荷无关现象?

参考答案:通过试验研究,并对传热恶化过程加以理论分析后作出间接的判断。出现恶化时的含汽率与热负荷无关的现象与流动结构有关,进入液滴环状流动阶段后,通常含汽率比较高而中心气流速度比较大,使得贴于管壁的环形液膜表面上产生波浪。由于汽液表面存在着相对速度的影响,主流会卷吸波峰处的部分液膜,成为气流中的携带液滴,同时中心气流中的液滴也会因紊流扩散而沉积到液膜表面上。由于主流卷吸作用大于紊流的沉积作用,因此液膜会越来越薄。当液膜减薄到一定程度后,其表面的波浪机会消失,变得非常平滑,这时的液膜称为微观液膜,微观液膜被蒸干后就会出现传热恶化现象,根据试验研究,热负荷只影向微观液膜消失的位置。
