Dumplings are very popular in China. I like them very much. I hope I can make dumplings at home by
myself, too. Today is Sunday. I ask my mother to teach me to make dumplings and she agrees.
First, cut up the meat and garlic and then put them together. Next, add some flavoring to it and mix it
all up. Then pour the flour into a basin and put some water in it and mix that up. Make the wet flour into
small circles with a rolling pin. Finally, put some filling in the middle of a circle, roll it up and press it hard.
This is my first making dumplings. Soon we make many dumplings.
