简述磁共振成像(MRI)及其临床应用价值。

MRI是利用原子核在磁场内所产生的信号经计算机重建图像的新一代成像技术,可使某些CT扫描不能显示的病变成像显影,当前MRI的临床应用日益广泛,其主要用途如下。

(1)颅内疾病特别是鞍区、后颅窝和脊髓病变的显像明显优于CT。

(2)直接显示心脏大血管内腔,观察其形态学变化,可在无创伤条件下进行。

(3)骨关节和肌肉系统疾病的显像比CT清楚。

(4)对纵隔、腹部和盆腔疾病有一定的诊断价值,但对肺部和胃肠道疾病的诊断作用有限。

(5)增强MRI能进一步提高其敏感性.造影剂可采用GdBDTPA。

Blair Admits Never Having Sent Flowers to His Wife


British Prime Minister Tony Blair admitted on a television programme that he has never sent flowers to his wife Cherie and that he had a youthful crush on Hollywood beauty Grace Kelly.
