(2)蒸馏酒。

蒸馏酒是将发酵得到的酒液经过蒸馏提纯所得到的酒精含量较高的酒液,常见的蒸馏酒有白兰地、威士忌、金酒、伏特加、朗姆酒、特基拉酒,以及中国的白酒等。

(3)配制酒。
