简述被水围困地点存有空气的条件。

空气是人能否生存的首要条件。只要有空间就会有空气,被水围困人员就有生存条件。当然,这里所说的“空气”包括两个方面的含义:是否有空气和空气质量是否符合要求。

(1)位于透水点上方或被涌水淹没地点的上方存有空气。

常言道:水往低处流。当发生矿井透水事故时,位于透水点上方或被涌水淹没地点的上方,一般都有空气,对现场作业人员的生命构不成危险。

(2)由于井下发生透水事故时,一般来势凶猛,水向下奔流时将透水点下部巷道中的空气挤出,因为透水后涌水不可能充满整个巷道断面往下奔流,只要不充满整个巷道空间,就会有间隙,空气就会被挤出,直至下部巷道被水全部淹没,才不会有空气存在。所以,矿井透水时,位于透水点下方巷道,只要未被涌水全部淹没,仍然存在空气。
