一般资料:男性,18岁,艺术学校三年级学生。求助者自述:从小喜欢绘画,一心想报考中央美术学院。认为上文化课纯粹是浪费时间,故从一年级就经常借故逃避上文化课。自认为应该用这些时间来练习自己的绘画技巧,但家长不同意,理由是文化课必须要有一定的分数才能被录取。自认为只要稍微看看就能通过,用不着花费那么多时间,为此经常与父母发生冲突,很是心烦,即使在家作画,也没有好心情。进入高三后,发现自己绘画的水平没有多大提高,三个月前,文化课的一次摸底考试语文成绩很糟糕,排在了班里倒数第三名,从来没有考过这么差,恐怕自己考中央美术学院的理想要落空。从此以后很是焦急,睡眠开始不好(主要是入睡困难),总是担心语文课考试,后来也害怕英语、历史、政治课考试,越害怕越考不好。父母更是经常责备自己不听家长的意见,自己心中有些后悔,但表面上还要装出理直气壮的样子,不肯承认。还有几个月就要参加毕业考试了,一家人都着急,自己更感到希望渺茫,不知道还参加不参加高考。对生活中的其他事情,也打不起精神。拿起画笔,经常发呆,也在担心文化课考试,觉得画笔很沉重,而听课时注意力不集中,记忆力很差,学习效率很低。该求助者的母亲证实儿子所说的内容属实。曾经到几家医院看病,各项检查均无异常,有位神经内科专家建议,让他看心理医生,便随母亲来到咨询中心,希望心理咨询师帮助自己克服对文化课考试的担心。

     A boy was walking home from school when he saw a large, tempting (诱人的) apple on one of the branches
