简述直流锅炉水汽系统的工作特点

直流锅炉给水依补给水泵的压力、顺序流经省煤器、水冷壁、过热器等受热面,水流一次通过完成水的加热、蒸发和过热过程,全部变成过热蒸汽送出锅炉。直流炉没有汽包,水也无需反复循环多次才完成蒸发过程。不能象汽包炉那样通过锅炉排出炉水中杂质,也不能进行锅内炉水处理防垢并排出,给水若带杂质进入直流锅炉,这些杂质或表在炉管内生成沉积物,或者被蒸汽带往汽轮机中发生腐蚀或生成沉积物,直接影响到机组运行的安全性及经济性。因此,直流锅炉的给水纯度要求很高。
