各测量工具使用方法:

使用卡钳测量时,卡钳一定要与被测工件的表面垂直或平行;

使用游标卡、千分尺等精密量具,测量时均应轻而平稳,不可在毛坯等粗糙表面上测量,不许测量发热的工件,以免卡脚磨擦损坏;

使用千分表时,应使表与表架在表座上相当稳固,以免造成倾斜和摆动;

使用水平仪时,要轻拿轻放,不要碰击,接触面未擦净前,不准将水平仪放上。

钳工安全操作要求:

a.工作前先检查工作场地及工具是否安全,若有不安全之处及损坏现象,应及时清理和修理,并安放妥当。

b.使用带把的工具时,检查手柄是否牢固、完整。

c.用虎钳装夹工件时,要注意夹牢,应根据工件精度要求加放钳口铜,不应在虎钳手柄上加套管子板紧或用锤子敲击虎钳手柄,以免损坏虎钳或工件。工件应尽量放在虎钳中间夹紧,锉削时不准摸工件,不准用嘴吹工件,应该用专备的刷子清除。虎钳使用完毕,须将虎钳打扫干净,并将钳口松开。

d.錾子头部不准淬火,不准有飞刺,不能沾油,錾削时要戴眼镜。錾切时严禁錾口对人,并注意铁屑飞溅方向。

e.用手锯时锯条要上正,拉紧不能用力过大、过猛,不可用重力压或扭转锯条,材料将断时,应轻轻锯割。

f.手锤必须有铁楔,抡锤的方向要避开旁人,以免伤人,使用榔头首先要检查把柄是否松脱,并擦净油污。握榔头的手不准带手套。

g.不得在行车吊钩下工作,不得在起吊的模具下装配或修理该模具。吊装大型模具(重量≥6T)时,防止模具侧翻及注意行车情况。 

h.使用手电钻等电动工具时要检查导线是否绝缘可靠,要保证安全接地。 

i.操作钻床不准带手套,运转时不准变速,不准手摸工件和钻头。 

j.如发生事故保护现场,拉掉电闸,并向有关人员报告。 

k.下班前擦净机床,清扫铁屑和工作场所的清洁,切断电源。
