为什么500kV枢纽变电站一般都装有无功补偿装置?

在500kV超高压电网中,由于电压等级高,输电线路长,其分布电容对无功功率平衡有较大的影响。当传送功率较大时,线路电抗中消耗的无功功率将大于电纳中产生的无功功率,线路为无功负载;而当传输功率较小(小于自然功率)时,电纳中产生的无功功率大于电抗中的损耗,线路为无功电源。但在实际运行中,按线路最小运行方式配置的补偿度约为70%的并联电抗器长期是投运的,这对线路传输功率较大时的无功功率平衡是不利的。另一方面,无功功率的产生基本上没有损耗,而无功功率沿着电力网的传输却会引起较大的有功功率损耗和电压损耗,故无功功率不宜长距离输送。所以一般在500kV枢纽变电站主变压器低压侧安装无功补偿装置,来满足无功功率的就地平衡,使其平衡在系统额定电压运行水平。所以无功补偿在平衡500kV电网中无功功率起着非常重要的作用。500kV变电站常采用开关投切无功补偿装置和无功静止补偿装置。
