低压防爆开关的接线应注意哪些事项?

(1)绝缘座完整无裂纹;

(2)卡爪(或平垫圈)、弹簧垫(双帽)齐全、紧固,使用线鼻子可不用平垫圈;

(3)接线整齐,无毛刺;卡爪(或平垫圈)不压绝缘胶皮,芯线裸露距卡爪(或平垫圈)不大于10mm;

(4)两相低压导线裸露部分空气间隙,500V以下不小于6mm,500V以上不小于10mm;

(5)地线长度适宜,松开线嘴卡兰拉动电缆后,三相火线拉紧或松脱时,地线不掉。

(6)低压隔爆开关接线室不允许由电源侧进线至负荷侧接线,或由负荷侧进线至电源侧接线;

(7)接地螺栓、螺母、垫圈不允许涂绝缘物,使用扁铁的连接点及连接的卡爪(或平垫圈)要镀锌或镀锡。
