限制工频过电压和谐振电压的防范措施有哪些?

工频过电压和谐振过电压与电网结构、容量、参数、运行方式及各种安全自动装置的特性有关,它除增大设备的绝缘承受电压外,还对选择过电压保护装置有重要影响。一般限制工频过电压和谐振过电压的措施包括:

(1)避免110kv及220kv有效接地系统中偶然形成局部不接地系统,以防产生较高的工频过电压,对可能造成的这种局部系统。应在低压侧有源的110kv及220kv变压器不接地中性点装设间隙。

(2)经验算,如在断路器操作中电网发生故障出现非全相火严重不同期时产生的铁磁谐振过电压,可能会危及中性点为标准分级绝缘,且运行中不接地的110kv及220kv变压器中性点绝缘时,宜在中性点装设间隙,并在操作中先将变压器中性点临时接地。

(3)有效接地系统中的不接地变压器,如中性点采用分级绝缘且未装设保间隙时,应在中性点装设雷电过电压保护装置,此时应选用变压器中性点专用金属氧化物避雷器。

为此,为防止工频过电压和谐振过电压的发生,现行的现场安反措规定均要求在电网运行的110kv和220kv变压器中性点装设中性点间隙保护。
