①冷态启动时，锅炉点火开始至机组并网带初负荷期间，应严格控制锅炉出口烟气温度小于538℃，以防再热器管屏过热。升温、升压速度不宜过快，一般升温率在2℃／min以下，升压率在0.147MPa/min以下，并监视炉体膨胀均匀。

②汽轮机在冷态启动时，进入汽轮机的主蒸汽至少有56℃过热度，但其最高温度不得大于427℃，主汽门前的蒸汽压力和温度满足“启动时的主蒸汽参数”曲线要求，汽机暖机时间应根据首级金属温度和中压持环温度中的最低者由“冷态启动暖机时间确定曲线”决定，在任何情况下不得减少中速暖机时间。

③汽机在热态启动时，进入汽机的蒸汽参数应满足“热态启动时主蒸汽参数”曲线的要求，任何情况下第一级叶片蒸汽温度不允许比第一级叶片金属温度高111℃或低56℃，根据汽轮机热态启动曲线决定升速率、冲转参数和5%负荷暖机时间。

④在机组并网后应关闭锅炉5%旁路，退出炉烟温度计，关闭省煤器再循环阀。

⑤机组启动期间，化学应定期进行水质化验，保证合格的汽水品质，锅炉采用降压及开大连排方法进行洗硅。

⑥锅炉点火后，立即投入空气预热器连续蒸汽吹灰
