进行搭接铜焊时应注意:

(1)导线接触表面的电流强度不应超过1.5A/mm。

(2)一次焊接的最大截面是由碳极截面决定的,以下最大的焊接尺寸可供参考:在固定的铜焊制备上焊接面积在100×100mm之内,两被焊接铜排厚度均在10mm以下,用轻便的可携式电焊夹焊接的面积在60×40mm之内;被焊铜排厚度均在8mm。

(3)在一排相邻焊接点之间应有足够的距离,使焊接附近部分不被烧热,已完成的焊接不被熔化。大容量的变压器,如果绕组的若干组导线分别焊到一个铜排上,必须把铜排割开,分成相当的几股,割开的方向应与铜排中工作电流牟方向一致。

(4)两铜排焊接时,为保证焊料填入被焊接铜排之间,其中之一应割开。

(5)用电焊夹子焊接时,焊接点与相邻部分之间应有足够的放置电焊夹子的自由空间,所需距离视连接的尺寸及焊夹的大小而定,一般约为30~90mm。焊接绕组导线与引线时,应防止把绕组烤坏。
