一靠观察:顾客的行为举止、衣着打扮、与同伴的对话等,都是销售人员了解他们需求的线索。

二靠询问:首先,销售人员应该主动地询问顾客的需求:“请问您对哪款彩电感兴趣?”,或者是“海信彩电有各种不同的款式,请讲讲您的具体要求,我帮助您挑选。”其次,根据顾客对产品的了解程度,销售人员可适当地加以提示。

四靠思考:顾客因其产品知识的局限,可能无法准确地讲出他的需求。在这种情况下,销售人员应根据所观察到的线索和顾客的言语来确定顾客的需求。另外,顾客所表述的直接要求,不一定是其真正的需求。销售人员要根据观察、聆听和思考,逐步了解其真正意图。

五靠核查:核查自己的理解也是优秀的销售人员必备的销售技巧。这就需要销售人员用自己的话表述顾客的需求,然后请顾客判断准确与否

I devote myself to music because of my grandmother. My mom and I lived with grandparents from the time I was two until I was eight. And even then, I was at their house before and after school every day while my mother was at work.
