(1995-700×90%)÷(1+5%+90%)×2+700,

=÷1.95,

=1365÷1.95,

=700(人),

700+700+700=2100(人);

或设女代表有x人,则男代表(x+700)人,由题意得,

(x+700)×(1-10%)+(1+5%)x=1995,
