阅历与读书

①读书的过程中，我们都有这样的体会：同一本书，在不同的人生阶段阅读，往往会有不同的理解和感受。之所以如此，是因为阅历的缘故。有无阅历、阅历多少不仅影响着读书的倾向，某些时候甚至关系到读书的效果。

②阅历之所以会对读书产生深浅有别的影响，原因在于阅读并非是对作品的简单再现，而是一个积极主动的再创造过程，人生的经历与生活的经验都会参与进来。正如歌德所说的：“阅历丰富的人读书时，常常是一只眼看到纸面上的话，另一只眼则留心看纸的背面。”生活阅历越丰富，越有助于人们对作品的全面理解和深刻把握。

③一般来说，一个人的生活阅历是不是丰富，往往与其年龄密切相关。随着年龄的增长，我们经历的人和事越来越多，获得的经验和教训也越来越多，对一些事物的看法逐渐由浅入深，由表及里，这时我们的阅历就会日趋丰富。不过这并不是绝对的。有的人年龄虽然不大，但却走过许多地方，经过诸多历练，体验过各种身份和角色，经历过复杂岗位的锻炼和艰苦生活的磨砺，这种经历同样可以让他拥有丰富的阅历。人既然不能任意拉长生命的长度，那么要想增加自己的阅历，就要努力拓宽生命的宽度。培根认为“用书之智不在书中，而在书外，全凭观察得之”，只有亲身体验，躬行践履，才能准确把握社会现实，不断提高理解能力，做到学以致用、知行合一，从而更加深入地领悟书中蕴含的寓意和韵味。

④然而阅历不等于经历。并不是说只要经历过的，就会自然而然地成为人们的阅历。经历只是一种经过，或走过，或听过，或看过，形成的是事物的表象，是感性的。而阅历则是一个人对社会、对事件的经历及理解程度，是在表象的基础上对经历进行思考、领悟、概括、提炼，是感性与理性的有机统一。

⑤读书增长阅历，阅历助益读书，但这并不意味着读书和阅历可以互相代替。人类发展的历史反复证明，读书和阅历都是获取知识的重要源泉，也是提高能力的必经之路，二者不可偏废。只有将读书和阅历紧密结合，既博览群书，又勇于实践，既潜心书本，又深入生活，并用阅读拓展阅历，以阅历深化阅读，才能做到读书和

阅历相长、理论与实践结合，并在二者的相辅相成中更好地学习和工作。
