什么是包乘制和轮乘制？（各有什么优缺点？）

（1）包乘制：按列车行驶区段和车次由固定的列车乘务组包乘。

（这种形式有利于加强车辆和设备和备品的管理，乘务人员熟悉沿途情况和旅客乘降规律，能更好地安排自己的工作，有利于提高服务质量。缺点是长途旅客列车需加挂乘务员休息车，乘务工时一般难以保证。）

（2）轮乘制：在旅客列车密度大，且列车种类和编组又基本相同的区段，为了紧凑地组织乘务交路和班次，采用乘务组互相套用，不固定乘务组服务于某一列车。

（优点是不需乘务员休息车，乘务员单班作业，对线路、客流等情况熟悉，联系工作方便。缺点是交接频繁，不利于车辆保养和服务设施维护。）
