60% of the students hold the belief that people should buy private cars. They believe this will not only
promote the development of the city economy but provide more jobs for workers as well. Moreover, cars can
help to save time and improve people's life quality.
On the other hand, 40% of them think people don't have to buy private cars. Otherwise, the city traffic will
be even heavier and more traffic accidents will take place. At the same time, new roads will take up more
farmlands. What's more, air and noise pollution will become more serious.
