Recently our class have discussed the problem about whether students should lose weight or not.
70% of the students hold the opinion that students should lose weight. In their opinion, fatness can do
harm to students' health, so it's necessary to go on a diet or take more exercise to lose weight or stay slim.
However, 30% of the students have different opinions. They think it is a waste of time and money to
lose weight. Besides, losing weight may be harmful to students' body and mind. After all, nothing is more
important than health.
In my opinion, there is no need to pay too much attention to our weight as long as we are healthy. But
if we are getting too fat, we should take more exercise and not eat junk food.
