Change in People's Diet

     This table shows that there were great changes in people's diet from 1998 to 2002.The amount

of grain they ate fell year by year,and at the same time they increased their consumption of milk and

meat.

     There were two main reasons for these changes.First,people were better off and could afford

more expensive food with better nutrition.Second,more and more people began to pay attention to

the quality of their diet.They believe eating in a scientific way does good to their health.

     These changes in people's diet shows that their living condition improved greatly between 1998

and 2002.We are sure that they will live a happier and healthier life.
