What's worse, some fast food restaurants, such as McDo­nald’s,are becoming very popular in China.

To keep healthy, you'd better follow the following suggestions- First, you should walk or ride your bike as often as possible. Second, it is very important to exercise regularly. Only in this way can you enrich your life and build up your body. Third, you should eat more healthy food instead of junk food. ?

Good eating habits, combined with exercise, are beneficial to our health, so please take action.

《万木图》序

  《万木图》者,翰林侍讲建安杨荣勉仁,昭其大父达卿先生之德,示其后之人也。

  先生有孝行,于为善施义汲汲焉。然不喜以施名,以为受人之施者,恒有愧耻为辱之心。夫施于人,而使其心愧耻为辱,犹不施也。必使受吾之施者,如其所当得,而即乎其心之安,庶几可也。

  元之季世,兵戈饥馑,民困穷冻馁无食,至相食以苟活。虽父子夫妇,相视不能相保恤,所在皆然。时先生藏谷甚富,将发廪振之,指某山号于众曰:“有能相吾力树木者乎?树一木,予谷若干。”于是争愿出力来请谷。既悉饭之,乃如所言。愿树木者予之谷,不籍识其姓名,卒亦不视其功,而所活不可胜计矣。先生之乐施,何其忠厚委曲而周备欤

  居数岁,木郁然崇茂,悉中于材。先生指以戒其子孙曰:“不自意今之盛如此也!其毋苟自为利!将有为学宫、为释老之宫、为桥梁及津渡之舟而需材者,给之;有贫欲为居室、没欲为棺而不得材者,给之。毋苟自利也!”于是所施利益多矣。

  时福建行省左丞阮德柔闻而高之,命工作万木图表之。搢绅君子多为诗文纪之咏之,既皆失于兵。而其子孙,佩服训戒,至于今不违。然欲其后世皆佩服不违,此图所以继作也。

  呜呼!始先生知施谷而已,知求受施者即乎其心之安而已,岂计树之大后当何如哉!而受施者必尽力焉,不可以苟,盖天理之在人心,有不能已也。先生所存如此,惜乎其仅施于衰乱艰虞之际,畎亩之间,而徒布衣以终其身也。不然,使遇治平之时,得一命为所欲为,所施利不其博哉!如其后之人能世承其训,推广是心而行之不已焉,其于施利固又博也。是用告诸其来者。(选自《明代散文名篇集粹》,有删节)
