Some think Chinese cartoons focus on teaching children to help and respect others and to be honest and brave. Besides, children can learn some useful knowledge. But Chinese cartoons are too ideal and there is a lack of imagination. In addition, the plots are too simple, which can’t satisfy all people’s needs.
However, others think foreign cartoons are based on reality. Thus, children can learn how to deal with some problems they have to face in life. They attract even adults. However, much violence is involved. What’s worse, some are even considered as a cultural invasion.
