As I’m in Senior 3, I strongly feel the urge to get an MP3 player, so I’m writing to you．For one thing, it will help me with my lessons, because I can listen to the English and Chinese texts stored on it, which will obviously benefit me a lot in my study．For another, if I have an MP3 player, I can listen to some music when I feel tired with my lessons, which will in turn improve my study efficiency．
I know you fear it may have some bad effect on my study．Please don’t worry．I promise I will only use it after class when I feel tired, and listen to it before I go to sleep．And in return for your kindness of getting one for me, I will do some hosework．
