(1)锅炉“MFT”后,首先检查“汽轮机跳闸”光字牌亮,汽轮机高、中压主汽门及调速汽门均以关闭,发电机有功表指示为零或反向,此时逆功率保护应动作出口跳闸。若逆功率保护拒动,汽轮发电机组仍将维持3000转/分左右的同步转速。发电机进入调相运行状态,考虑到汽轮机叶片与空气摩擦造成过热,规程规定逆功率运行不得超过1分钟,此时应用BTG盘上的发电机紧急解列断路器(或手拉灭磁断路器启动保护出口)将发电机解列。发电机解列后应注意厂用电应自投成功,否则按有关厂用电事故处理原则处理。发电机解列后应联系检修查明保护拒动原因并消除故障后方可重新并列。

(2)逆功率保护未动不能直接拉主变压器220KV断路器的原因为:发电机由正常运行转为逆功率运行时,由于发电机有功功率由向系统输出转为输入,而励磁电流不变,发电机电压将自动升高,故发电机无功负荷自动增加,增加后的无功电流在发电机和变压器电抗作用下仍保持发电机电压与系统电压的平衡。若此时拉开主变压器220KV断路器,会造成以下后果:由于220KV断路器拉开后并并不启动发电机变压器组保护出口,厂用电系统不能进行自动切换,这时发电机出口仍带厂用电,随着发电机转速下降,厂用电的频率及电压与启动备用变压器低压侧相差太大,造成同期条件不满足,给切换厂用电带来困难,易失去厂用电而造成事故扩大。另外拉开主变压器220KV断路器瞬间,由于原来无功负荷较高,将造成厂用电电压瞬间过高,对厂用设备产生的冲击可能使设备绝缘损坏。
