在教学过程中,经常会遇到教材中一节课的内容一节课上不完,请分析造成这一现象的原因.并请谈谈如何处理这种情况?

造成这一现象的原因:(1)教学经验不够,对一节课中教学内容与教学时间的关系处理缺乏掌控能力,本来计划分配给下一个教学内容的时间,不经意间就被当前的教学内容占用掉了。最后,下课铃响了,教学任务没有按计划完成。(2)对教材吃得不透,没有把握准重难点。结果会在重点难点问题上卡壳,从而延误了教学时间。(3)对学生了解得不够,自己认为很“简单”的问题,本以为可以很快就讲完,结果学生就是接受不了,因此出现一节课的内容讲不完的现象。(4)教法不当,要么平均分配时间,没有重点难点,详略不当;要么采用其它教学模式时开展得不顺利,组织过程中不能按时完成任务或者不能顺利进行下去。对策:(1)经常摸索、总结、积累课堂教学经验,不断地完善自己。最好的办法是坚持写课后反思或教学日记。(2)多向别人学习请教,经常去听别人的课,并从中学习借鉴。多参加教研组的活动,开展同课异构等交流活动。(3)不断加强理论学习,对新大纲、新教材、新教法要常学常新。加强教学理论学习,不断了解学生,让教材、教法和学生装在心中,做到心中有数,课堂教学活动才能按预先的安排有条不紊地进行。(4)摈弃“满堂灌”的落后模式,多摸索、采用一些适合自己的教学模式,调动起学生的学习兴趣,对于完成教学任务能起到事半功倍的效果。
