I wasn't interested in studying because he believed no one cared about me until he met Mr. Thomson, one
that I particularly liked and respected in my junior school years.
I was doing poorly in mathematics at that time. As a result, I was always feeling down. However, after
each test, Mr. Thomson would always announce in class that I had made some progress. Of course, every
time I would feel a little embarrassed, and pleased too. And I would make up my mind to work harder in
