At the beginning of 2008, most of the areas in southern China were hit by heavy snowstorms. The heavy
snow and bad weather continued for such a long time that the electricity was cut off and the transportation
was blocked; people in those areas felt really worried. What's worse,as the Spring Festival was coming, it
caused great pressure to transportation.
Meanwhile, our country sent troops and police to clear roads, rebuild electricity towers and help provide
