as class president.

     I am responsible, sociable, and easy-going by nature I like class work and enjoy serving others.

Additionally, I have varied interests. I love singing and playing the drums as well as soccer. I am also

a good listener and always open to different opinions. I am confident that I can do the job well.

     Being a student myself, firstly, I will create an academic atmos- phere so that everyone in our class

will improve their studies. For those students who are falling behind, I will find ways to help them to

catch up. Secondly, I will serve as a bridge between the teachers and us students. Finally, I will arrange

parties to relax ourselves.

     I believe I am the right person for this post and I hope to have your support and vote.

Researchers at the University of Southern California found that breakfast skippers have a bigger chance of gaining weight than those who regularly have a morning meal.

So eat something in the morning, anything. I know plenty of friends who end up having no breakfast altogether, and have just coffee or orange juice. I say, try heating up last night’s leftovers—it may sound crazy, but if it works for you, do it! I find if I tell myself, “You can always eat it tomorrow,” I put away the leftovers instead of eating more that night. Try it. You may save yourself some pre-bedtime calories. And watch your body gain the fat-burning effects.
