soul”. But how to protect our eyesight still remains a question among us students.
If we want to take care of our eyesight, I think we should pay attention to the following points. Firstly,
we should not use our eyes continuously for long periods. After we have read for a long time, about two
hours or so, we should take a rest by looking at something more distant. Secondly, we should not read in
a dim light or in the sun, as weak or strong lights are both harmful to our eyes. What's more, doing eye
