We senior school students in Grade 3 do have some growing pains. Take some of my classmates for

example. They often feel upset due to the high expectations from their parents, heavy homework , endless

examinations, and the pressure which comes along with the college entrance examination, which seriously

affect their physical and mental well being. Therefore, I think it is quite necessary to take actions to relieve

the growing pains.

      First, it is a good idea to have heart-to-heart talks with our parents regularly, telling them we won't fail

them. Meanwhile, it is advisable to spare some time to take some exercise besides our devotion to the studies

so that we will always feel relaxed and energetic. Above all, we should always keep optimistic and confident.

As long as we are fully prepared, we are sure to achieve great success in our academic performance.
