A recent survey shows that some middle school students don't have breakfast. As a consequence, they

can't concentrate on their study and tend to be sleepy in class. They find it hard to get high marks in the exams.

Many students miss breakfast so that they can sleep for some extra minutes in the morning. A few students

skip breakfast to stay slim. Besides, some students are given money to buy their breakfast because their parents are too busy to prepare it for them.

In my opinion, we shouldn't skip breakfast, for it can provide 30 percent of the whole day's energy and

promote a creative mind. School kids should start their days with a regular and nutritious breakfast.
